Budget 2004 - Improvements to Research and Development Tax Credits

On 17 March 2004 Inland Revenue issued REV BN 6 which describes improvements to R&D tax credits made in the 2004 budget. These changes include a widening of the range of qualifying costs to include software, power, fuel and water.
